Well deserved Chris

We are delighted to be able to congratulate our incoming Northern Vice Captain, Chris Pascall on being awarded an MBE in the King's Birthday Honours list for her services to golf and sport.

This is so well deserved as Chris has done just about everything in golf - from grass roots level, encouraging girls and ladies to take up the game, all the way up to being only the fifth female President of England Golf.

Chris began playing golf as a child and has retained her passion for the game throughout her life - playing golf for England at both junior and senior levels but then going on to captain over 15 different England teams.

Chris has already been our "Captain of the North" in 2018 and we are delighted she has agreed to take on the role once more, as Vice Captain of the NCVLGA in 2026 and Captain in 2027.
