To use the entry form please download the form by clicking the download arrow at the top right of the form window and saving it onto your desktop. From there you can open it in Adobe Acrobat Reader . (This is free to download if not already installed on your desktop). Once open in Reader there is a column of icons at the right edge of the window one of which reads, 'Fill & Sign'. Click on this and you will be able to type your details into the boxes on the form. When you've completed the form save it using 'save as' and add your name onto the end of the file name so we know who's sending it. Then attach the file to an email and send to a.grant4@btinternet.com An email reply will be sent to the team leader to confirm your successful entry.
